Steam bath

Steam baths were popular with the ancient Greeks and Romans. They originate from ancient roman baths that were very popular at the height of the development of the Roman Empire. Steam baths are often held at a temperature of 41 °C or more, with a high degree of humidity ranging even up to 100%. When we compare the steam bath with saunas, we note that the sauna maintaines a much higher temperature but has less humidity.
